Job Title: TA CoE Ops Executive (Off-roll)

Key Responsibilities
1. TA CoE Operations Support
- Manage and track contracts, invoices, and related stakeholder coordination
- Support the end-to-end employee referral process
- Monitor Internal Job Postings (IJP) and track portal usage periodically
- Assist in preparation and maintenance of the monthly TA dashboard
- Track TA cost utilization against budgets and highlight variances
2. Support for Key Projects
- Coordinate logistics and stakeholder management for employer branding and EVP
- Act as a point of contact for employee queries related to ATS and careers page
- Support campus hiring initiatives (MBA and other programs)
- Assist in benchmarking campus engagement initiatives - internships and case studies
- Provide coordination and recruiter support for leadership hiring mandates
- Support execution of ongoing and upcoming TA CoE projects
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-3 years of experience in HR operations, talent acquisition, or coordination roles
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and ATS platforms
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting/dashboard preparation
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication and coordination skills
