Executive - Category & Brand Management - Nykaa Fashion Ecommerce - Delhi

Role Objective
This role will be responsible for driving sales through ecommerce platform for the particular categories under
Nykaafashion.com. The person would be the business owner for his/ her categories. The role entails leveraging know
how of internal and external variables to deliver sales and outreach of categories. The role entails forecasting,
monitoring, understanding and reporting on the category. The role also requires the incumbent to drive strategic
projects and promotions to achieve business objectives.
Roles and responsibilities
1. Driving Sales:
Responsible for developing, implementing, managing and reporting on plans to improve site metrics by
increasing conversion, AOV, and other KPIs
Responsible for top-line revenue goals within the established investment budget to achieve P&L goals
Manage website content to align with monthly promotions, seasonal promotions and overall marketing
strategy
2. Monitoring Brand performance:
Secure Margins in line with overall guidance
Negotiate budgets, set goals, monitor and report on performance
Plan and execute brand campaigns across various platforms and take corrective actions to stay on course of
the plan
Meet the plan for recognition and awareness of accountable brands
Report performance against key metrics in approved formats
3. Improve customer experience and retention:
Drive banner revenue through list growth, segmentation and increased efficiency
Develop processes and procedures to drive customer retention
Analyse user experience across channels and touch points through web analytics and determine potential
improvements
4. Seller/Brand Onboarding:
Identify and reach out to potential sellers and brands that align with the platforms goals and values.
Guide new sellers and brands through the entire onboarding process, from initial contact to becoming fully
operational on the platform.
Assist with account setup, documentation, and verification processes, ensuring all necessary agreements
and KYC requirements are completed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Provide in-depth training and resources on platform usage, including product listing, pricing strategies, sales
optimization, and inventory management.

Achieving the right category mix and securing margins in line with overall guidance.
Improved customer experience across different touch points.
Act as the primary point of contact for new sellers, addressing questions, troubleshooting issues, and
providing ongoing support during the onboarding period.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service, technical support) to ensure a seamless
onboarding experience.
