Role Objective
This role will be responsible for business ownership of Platform & growth on Nykaa Fashion Ecommerce. The individual will be tasked with driving visibility, conversion, and sales on the platform through sharp execution across cross-functional teams. The role entails leveraging platform tools, strategic planning, performance analysis, and coordination with internal stakeholders to deliver commercial outcomes and improve customer experience
Roles and responsibilities
1. Driving Sales and Growth:
Allocate and optimize on-site visibility levers including homepage, category pages, and curations
Plan and execute promotional strategies including cart rules, coupons, and discounting to drive conversion
Monitor and improve platform KPIs such as conversion, traffic split, bounce rate, and funnel efficiency
1. Cross-functional Coordination:
Liaise with Site, CRM, Design, Brand, and Performance Marketing teams to execute campaigns and site refreshes
Ensure timely readiness of creatives, banners, and landing pages
Work with cataloguing teams to ensure best-in-class product representation
1. Data Analysis & Strategic Planning:
Analyse performance data to identify bottlenecks across the customer funnel
Benchmark against competition brands on site and spot visibility/content/price gaps
Track, report, and maintain dashboards for key business metrics
1. Process & Stakeholder Management:
Reporting and presentations for internal reviews and leadership update
Identify opportunities for catalogue improvements and customer experience enhancement
Manage a calendar of on-site activations, promotional moments, and visibility properties
You will bring the following to the table:
Strong analytical mindset with experience in working with data and deriving actionable insights
Comfort with cross-functional collaboration and coordination in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and stakeholder communication
A background in category management or ecommerce business operations is preferred
You will succeed in this role by:
Delivering consistent sales growth and improving funnel metrics
Driving strong internal coordination to ensure timely and high-quality execution
Spotting and acting on visibility/content gaps vs. competition to win market share
